Lookup Password Error in Management Console

Hi all,

When I try to use Lookup Password step via Management Console 

I got this error message

"Error from the Lookup Password action. Cannot connect to Password Store"

I have checked
1. No miss type or problem at action step on Design Studio
2. No miss type or problem at Password at Password Store
3. No miss type or problem at Password Entry at Password Store
4. I have connected robot and password at Repository - robot tab
5. I'm logging in Admin account, so there's no permission issue I guess

Anybody can guess what problem it is?

or could you let me know where I have to check

Hi,

Which version of kapow you are using?
How you tried Lookup password in management console?
Are you using any database table to store your lookup password credentials?
In my understanding you are using database table and that database is not connected to management console.
Please try to check the database connections in management console.
If you are sharing the screen shots.. we can identify easily and find a solution.

Thanks for your answer. Could you let me know which part of screenshot you need?

I'm using Kapow version 10.1.0.43 and there's no problem on Database connection. 

The db is connected well with Management Console.

The setting at Roboserver Setting was problem.

I set the username and password with special letters like !@$ on Management Console account setting at RoboServer Setting without changing it to unicode.

But then The problem has solved after I changed it to simple username and password without special letters.
